“Ukrainian parliamentarians share the deep sorrow of your compatriots concerning tragic deaths in the result of a plane crash near Alma-Ata,” the telegrams read.

On behalf of people’s deputies and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveyed sincere condolences to the near and dear ones of the bereaved.
